Please note: Security deposit amount is £150. Whilst we expect some wear and tear, if there is any serious damage that we cannot easily rectify, it will be necessary to apply charges. Should there be any charges against your security deposit this will be fully explained to you.

Parking
You can park in the bays as long as there are no restrictions, so please check signs. There is also a large car park immediately at the back of the property. Failing this, there is free parking in Sandown Road (about a 10 min walk) or on Beach Street (similar distance).
