Deal, Kent

Beaconsfield is a stylish Victorian holiday home that has been luxuriously designed and refurbished to provide every comfort for a relaxing and peaceful getaway with family or friends.

On arrival breeze into the light and calming hallway, into the spacious living room where you can sink into sumptuous designer-seating and enjoy a curated collection of modern art and photography.

This tastefully designed living space offers the perfect spot to enjoy special moments with friends or family. And for those extra special moments what could be more memorable than gathering around the wood burning stove cosying up with close
friends or family! There is also a flat screen smart TV to allow you to chill out in the evenings or let the kids watch their shows by logging into your favourite apps (Netflicks, Amazon etc).

On from the living room make your way to the heart of the home past a quiet reading room with double glass doors; deep comfy sofas and another wood burning stove. Here you can unwind with a good book or relax whilst listening to your favourite music away from the hubub of the rest of the house.

Along from the reading room you’ll enter the impressive open plan kitchen which is a dream place to cook for any chef with its double electric ovens (one with integrated microwave), stylishly crafted cupboards and quartz work tops. In the dining space the striking glass roof floods the kitchen and dining area with natural light offering the perfect place to gather whilst a meal is being prepared or simply sit with a glass of something special and look out over the pretty secluded garden.

As well as a perfectly designed interior, Beaconsfield also boasts underfloor heating in the kitchen area, efficient radiators through the rest of the house and offers all the practicalities you could wish for during your stay including a designated utility area located to the side of the kitchen with washing machine and tumble drier as well as downstairs WC.

Upstairs you can choose from three spacious bedrooms with plumped pillows and throws all provided with your complete comfort in mind. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom fitted out in chrome and glass and decorated in calming and neutral tones.

The twin bedroom has the additional benefit of a door which separates the bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the house for that extra feeling of seclusion.

Outside the luxury continues with a paved terrace and dining area to relax with a drink and make the most of alfresco dining. Come evening, the soft outdoor seating provide the perfect spot to gaze at the stars whilst talking about the day’s adventures.

Beaconsfield is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a short stroll to local restaurants and the buzzy town centre.

A picturesque and quaint coastal town, Deal has all you could need for a coastal escape. A short walk from the house is a beautiful stretch of pebble beach that stretches as far as Sandwich Bay in one direction or Kingsdown cliffs in the other. Spend the day relaxing on the pebbles, dip your toes in the Channel or stretch your legs with a walk or a cycle ride along the esplanade with a pit stop at the locally renowned Zetland Arms pub right on the beach.

Wander down the award-winning high street dotted with independent shops, cafes and a great choice of restaurants. You couldn’t be in a better location to explore all that Deal has to offer.

We have stayed here many times before and just love the huge lounge and dinning room. The location is brilliant with a view to die for. Booking process was very efficient and we were kept informed along the way. A quirky residence that ticks lots of boxes

This is a gorgeous little cottage in an idyllic location right on the beach. The view of the sea from the main bedroom window is amazing to wake up to. It makes getting out of bed very difficult. We left the top of the stable door open when we were home letting in the breeze and all the sounds of the sea, holidaymakers on the beach and seagulls in. The whole atmosphere had a lovely Enid Blyton vibe of long adventurous, hot sunny days at the seaside, calling the family in off the beach for their evening meal. It was the most perfect holiday. The cottage also has a log burner so I imagine it would be very cosy in colder seasons too.

The house was at a great location, right near the seafront and High Street. It was fabulously decorated with great attention to detail. The only slight drawback was that you couldn't park outside all day but there was plenty of parking on the surrounding streets.

Had an absolutely amazing stay for friends birthdays, the house was perfect in every. Immaculately clean, great central location for Deal town and the beach. Lots of top tips given at the house of where to visit, restaurants, bars etc and added bonus of a beautiful little garden. Thank you, would definitely return.

We had a ladies two night getaway and had a lovely time. Central House is a little quirky but in a nice way. The view of the sea from the 1st floor living room is fantastic and, surprisingly, the location is very quiet. Lovely big kitchen with all you need for preparing meals Lots of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. But, best of all, being able to run across the road to swim whatever the state of the tide. Wonderful!
