The Skiff really is the perfect base for those wanting to escape from it all. Take your coffee to the beach and watch the stunning sunrise (pop in for a dip if you are brave enough)! Go for long coastal walks, find unique gems in the town’s galleries, artisan shops and popular Saturday market. Then watch the sun set with fish and chips and a bottle of wine!

The cottage has a cosy lounge, with a sofa bed and a smart tv plus lots of games and books to keep everyone entertained. The sofa bed is perfect for those … who do not want to share a double bed (but as we do not advertise this under 'available beds' on the listing, please bring your own bedding if you'd like to use it).

There is a separate dining room and a bright, modern, well-equipped galley-style kitchen to make a cosy family meal if you do not want to eat out.

Also, on the ground floor you will find a shower room with a large walk-in shower. Outside is an enclosed courtyard where you can hear the waves while you enjoy your breakfast.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms decorated in a modern seaside style. Choose from the larger master bedroom or the second double where you can doze off to the calming sounds of the sea.

The Skiff really is the perfect seaside escape for friends, couples and families!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a gorgeous little cottage in an idyllic location right on the beach.  The view of the sea from the main bedroom window is amazing to wake up to. It makes getting out of bed very difficult. We left the top of the stable door open when we were home letting in the breeze and all the sounds of the sea, holidaymakers on the beach and seagulls in.  The whole atmosphere had a lovely Enid Blyton vibe of long adventurous, hot sunny days at the seaside, calling the family in off the beach for their evening meal. It was the most perfect holiday.  The cottage also has a log burner so I imagine it would be very cosy in colder seasons too.

It was fabulously decorated with great attention to detail.  The only slight drawback was that you couldn't park outside all day but there was plenty of parking on the surrounding streets.

Immaculately clean, great central location for Deal town and the beach. Lots of top tips given at the house of where to visit, restaurants, bars etc and added bonus of a beautiful little garden. We had a ladies two night getaway and had a lovely time. Central House is a little quirky but in a nice way. The view of the sea from the 1st floor living room is fantastic and, surprisingly, the location is very quiet. Lovely big kitchen with all you need for preparing meals Lots of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.  But, best of all, being able to run across the road to swim whatever the state of the tide. Wonderful!
