A haven of calm, if you choose to simply 'hide' out during your stay, then exploration is not mandatory, but if you do choose to roam, you are within a 10-minute drive of breath-taking clifftop walks (head to St Margaret’s Bay) or village life (head to Kingsdown), whether it's coast or country you crave. And if you don’t want to drive then the property is just a few mins walk from Deal beach, the buzzy town as well as the train station.

A picturesque and quaint coastal town, Deal has all you could need for a coastal escape. A short walk from the house is a beautiful stretch of pebble beach that stretches as far as Sandwich Bay in one direction or Kingsdown cliffs in the other. Spend the day relaxing on the pebbles, dip your toes in the Channel or stretch your legs with a walk or a cycle ride along the esplanade with a pit stop at the locally renowned Zetland Arms pub right on the beach.
